Deadman mode postponed by Mr Herb

Sorry for not communicating this sooner, but deadman mode release will be postponed till we can sort staff and development issues. A lot of staff left after a lot of drama, and tension build up for months of being significant part of the community, but incompatible to work together. We will need to take some time finish the development process of DMM as well as rebuild a reliable staff for smooth management of the event.

We will have more news for you soon.

Deadman Mode Tournament: Season 3 - $1,200 USD in Prizes by Mr Herb

The owner and most of the staff quit yesterday.

Kleio is the server owner, and he did not quit.
Also, n0m only left discord to get a break from the constant negativity.

DMM is delayed a bit, because we decided to implement some changes.  We are doing this because of all the negative responses received on this post.
I will update in the morning, once I speak with n0m and kleio.  At that time, I will also post the changes that we have implemented and been testing.

Thank you for the update.  Is there an estimate of how long the delay will be (day, days, week, weeks)?  Glad to see there will be changes, hopefully it will spark more interest in the mode.

I think the concern posted above was that the staff page here on the website was reduced dramatically.  Typically, there's an announcement regarding the step down of mods.  Some of these people may have stepped down a while ago, but I noticed missing Mel, Rah, Syn, Meat, Mason, Scooby are missing from the staff page.  I'm sure this would be more appropriately discussed in a relevant news thread though.

Dragon chain/Plate/Legs/Full helm by Mr Herb

IF they come out (which I think they should) I think that they should come with a storyline to them. Like chain/and helm have been long awaited and they should come with their own quests or at least some kind of story to them. Each of the items spread far out. Definitely not released all at once, they could be released over a long period of time in between each other... Same thing with any new items tbh instead of just dropping them in game I think it would be cool with some kind of background where they came from and something you have to do to get them. They can still be tradable and everything but maybe something similar to how you get the rune plate ability through the quest and stuff like that. Even if its short, just something to say where they came from. (I'm not sure what rs2 did exactly but I do know that if rs2 never came out that they planned on releasing them on classic obviously with the Dmed drops... So I think we have to do it.)

Legit would make 60 defense pures if the dragon gear didn't look like crap.. just a square and a med.. oof, looks gaudy.

Looks like you need min of 106 power, before i though 103 was the highest? (with the +9 from demon ring if it goes off (unless its every hit now, would be major +1 if so))
