Sweet! I'll try and be on for at least an hour or two that day but same as the others here are saying, gotta carve pumpkins and take my kids trick or treating and all that stuff. Since my time zone is -8 GMT though I think that means it'll start 8 hours before Halloween so yea I'll pretty much miss it completely 
.
As for dragon drops I hope you guys don't get too crazy. I agree runes and consumables and stuff should probably be raised, but I hope I don't see people coming out with full inventories of rune or 1 mill+ from high aching an hours worth of drops.
