I'm having problems logging into the game

Every time after I logout of the game, I login later on to play again. It always says that I got the password wrong even if the password is supposed to be right (because the password is in my notebook).

You should be able to change your in-game password from the Character Manager on your forum account. If you are unable to access the forum account then, while logged out of forums, click Log in, forgot password, and you will automatically be sent an email to change your password. There is no in-game character associated with Gemboy1234, your character is associated with forum account I've PM'd you.

If this doesn't work let us know and we'll assist you to change your password.
