Another server had this, I think turnip, and it was pretty nice, although I think they did it for levels 96-99.  Gives an extra little boost to the person, and an opportunity for the community to give their congratulations.  When the person who gets the 99 announces it, it seems kind of like they're seeking attention, but if it's an automated announcement it's received a little better.  I know we have the live feed on the home page, but I feel like a lot of people don't read that.

I love this idea.

A couple of months ago when I ventured back into rscrevolution (starting with RS3, oops!) I noticed they have this same action for people who achieve 200mil exp in a skill or MAX everything. It was a nice touch but didn't mean anything in RS3 because there were so many people getting the achievement every hour.

I think here in this smaller community, t would be really encouraging!

Kleio and I think the feature should only work if you are unhidden from high scores. Otherwise, presumably, that defeats the purpose of hiding yourself.

I'd really love to see this, especially for veterans as anything in the 90's is an accomplishment at 1x.
