i have dug 1 space every direction just to make sure...
i have opened a ticket in game and waited for a day for no responce
i have asked countless times in global for a mod ( no one answered)

please someone help me with this clue or is it bugged?

For future reference if anyone else finds this post, the clue is:
Treasure is < 1 minutes Unknown below you.

The below means that you are on the wrong level and need to enter a cave or dungeon to get below the area.

This specific case looks like it's inside the wilderness section Edgville dungeon.
