Fire giants, dragons, demons, all depends on what you are looking for.  use the ingame beastly thing in the stats tab to see what mobs drop.  I do fire giants for clues, but usually come away with a few thousand of each rune, few hundred bloods and deaths per 3-4 shark loads, i think i have over 100k of fire air and maybe earths/waters.

i remember fire giants are under the waterfall? i have not done that quest in a decade and atm i don't have the defense yet. just thinking ahead. the green dragons are in the wild right?

I typically afk 3 flats at firegiants under waterfall,
BUT i do high alch stuff on one account, collect the runes of one type on another etc. SO a little bit of play required
About 300k per account per 1 trip.

Dragons 108 + are good loot also.

1st to max out on rscrevolution and 3rd.
Only player with 3 maxed accounts active on rscrevolution. 1 over a billion xp 1 over 600m and 1 over 300m.
Only player to max out more then once on rscrevolution.

With not being able to interact with other characters on your same ip farming wilderness has been sucky, but dragons are greater for bones.
You can kill black drags and trade across the river if you kill them in tavelery dungeon
