Can't type letters for login

I am trying both to great a new account or log in and I can't seem to type letters in any of the fields on the client only numbers and symbols work.... I really wanna play so bad...

Hi, I moved your query to support.

Are you on PC or Droid? On droid we've found a lot of players prefer a third-party keyboard like Swift Keyboard. The back button brings up the keyboard. Also disable predictive text if that is causing you to not be able to type.

Please let me know if this doesn't resolve your issue.
