Cant run the launcher at all/please advise

so i downloaded the client from the play now tab, after download when i try to open the file it says,
Java installation not complete

"there are errors in the following switches:c:/users/(pc name)/downloads/launcher(2).jar"

check that the commands are valid and try again.
any advice on what i did wrong? i have latest java installed, running windows 10

Okay i got the batch file but when i click on it it opens for like a split second them closes, i dont have winRAR installed at all and have no option when i right click the launcher file to "open with" any other program than java.

I got it fixed!!! I just needes to download a .jar fix program and it loaded perfect...now however it wont let me leave the tutorial as i have no option to reply to the guide lol

Glad you got it fixed! In-game, reply dialogue can be chosen by inputting numbers. If all else fails, there is a 'skip tutorial' option in the wrench menu.
