So I saw the new post about teams, and even team banking.

Maybe in varrack, you can purchase a house and only you and your party can enter it, maybe a team house as well, it would make things nicer if you could purchase furnaces, and other crafting stations to put in them, making the use of it more important. (Also include a bank)

The idea of team housing would create a hall that maybe another team could request to raid and take your items if they win the raid. (You must accept it for them to raid you)

I know this differs from traditional RS, but it would give quite a few more end-game activities. Plus a house loaded with a bank and crafting stations would make everything simple
