I paid for gold subscription + plat - and take this quite serious. I was just at monks training 1 hour ago - and my girl friend was playing for me. Then it logged out and said banned

Hello, you were very obvisously using a marcoing software to fight the monks. Your character will remain banned.

I was not using any software. Im telling you. Why am i banned man? I was at monks up stairs?  And training theres nothing wrong with that at all! Where is this coming from!?
