all depends on what lvl etc u wanna do

If you are new to pking, you should make a 40-1-xx (high str as possible), possible with magic and 40 pray - Go out and make some 3 hits, once you get bored of that id make a char with some def and start practicing catching. Once you feel comfortable with that, make a flats account and go play with the big boys.

How about pure range? 1-20 def and range as high as you want, but over 70.
