What about a begging skill? For players who just stand in Edge asking for free stuff

you get XP for each successful trade where you are given something, XP is dependent on the value of what you were give for free

At Level 99, you can actually access anyone's bank at any time and take what you want (or would that be 99 Thieving?)

The whole point of the skill is stand in Edgeville for every second you are in Edgeville you gain 2EXP and our level should be displayed above our character
