Would it be a good idea to have pets in game?

Like a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY rare drop .

KBD Pet
Red Dragon pet
Blue Dragon pet
...
...
...
...
...

i'm talking like 1/10-20k+ chances.

Pet would be an usable item that would spawn a tiny version of the monsters following you around the map (Could not be brought to wildy to prevent any abuses of any sort. Would be something that could not block monster/player path to prevent abuse)
