Possible background on Npc chat

My phone is very sensitive so when I try to select a chat option it makes me walk away aborting the current Npc conversation. It would be very helpful to have a background so I can't accidentally hit a spot behind the chat menu. I end up trying to get a quest started between 10 to 20 times before I can get into it. Same with shops.

Even if I can open up the keyboard and select a number to select option 1, 2, 3, etc...

I found its really hard to input bank pin in the format that it is. Maybe space the options out and just put a background like the map or other menus behind it. Or you can just disable all other touches till after you select the option you want and add a go back option if you select the wrong one so you don't have to start all over. The number thing is a good idea.
