Hi my character Lucozade got banned years ago, and he's not showing on my character list now, is it possible to just delete this character as I want to use the name change feature on my character synaww to change it to Lucozade, thanks.
That character is under a different forum account.We could only swap names upon verification of ownership of the other forum / character
