Delete parts of wilderness

As of now the current wilderness is to big for the amount of players currently active. By the looks of the Server adding new areas and npcs aswell as items are commonly accepted by the Players and Admins.
The wilderness is broken into 3 Parts::
Above 50 wild gate
Below 50 wild gate
Under Edge

The Plan could be to Delete 2 portions of the 3 parts that are currently the wilderness and redistribute the Npcs into a more compact Populated wilderness.
Re-construct parts of the Wilderness not currently being used at all.
Bandits
20 wild all the way West. Rats
Chaos dwarfs in 34 wild-Remove all the trees add Black Demons from under Edge.
I'm sure everyone get the idea.

I understand the logic, but I do think the wilderness is populated enough not to warrant a downsize.  It's also worth mentioning that with a larger wilderness, there are more places to run, hide, more hotspot areas, etc.  Sure, it's empty sometimes, but isn't part of the fun stalking the place end-to-end?

Peace can never be fully reached on RSCR as long as the wild exists, remove it completely.  The age of the Pker is over, let the era of the skiller begin.

I read this in Gandalf's voice.

IMO the best solution keeps the traditional aspect while adding a practical fix. Like with banks, keeping the different types of bankers the same while adding a shantay bank chest kept it traditional while adding practicality. Same for the wilderness, keep adding useful areas to previously empty areas rather than deleting them e.g. ranged area etc.
