What this skill would do?

It's simple you donate gold to a NPC and said gold give XP in Charity skill . What it does? Clean gold from the economy and have a skill on the highscore that represent how rich you were to have that #1 spot.

Good idea?

Only true fix is to rebalance the ways gold comes inyo the server and reboot.

And thats like nuking the whole place.

Farming any monster that drop decent rune items == high alch at 300-500k an hour (fire giants  / drags)
Mainly smithing and fletching leading to high alching = huge gp influx.

An idea equally as rediculous to achieve the same end - have a shop that sells subscriptions for GP. Sell gold subs at 1.2M in shop and remove them from the online store.

Alternatively, have a shop of new rare dragon items that cost an absurd amount in the tens of millions.
