So "33s" has been busy lately but I've noticed some people have 32s, 33s, 34s, 35s or even 36s...

Any chance we could change the border notification to these combat ranges instead of just 33s only?

I don't think the other levels are popular enough. The base level is 33, but people make 34's and so on for an advantage.    I'd personally like to see level 41-45 pkers at border too.
