Wilderness Updates!

We have all been listening to the PKers, and what they have been asking for!
We have implemented a few wilderness changes. 
These are just a few, in a line of changes and updates we are working on, while talking 1 on 1 with PKers about the needs and fixes.

We do understand that we will never be able to please every PKer. The fixes below are some of the most popular requests.

We are happy to release the following today!


1)  1 IP fixes. = We have implemented more secure measures to prevent Multi while in a 1 IP zone.


2)  Territory Bank Bug = no longer can a player use territory bank, to avoid the bank timer, and abuse the Quick gear tabs in order to gain access to your personal bank.


3)  Loot from kills while in territory will now go directly into territory bank.  This will make fighting for the territory more appealing again.


4)  The reason for players getting lag spikes when they get a kill has been found and patched.


5)  F2P Wild permanent from level 1 to the level 48 fence-line.   NOTE: Ranging Guild and Red Dragon Aisle will remain P2P areas


6)  Edgeville Dungeon and Above the level 48 fence-line will be permanent P2P. Godmage will rotate in those areas. The rotation will be 1 day with God Mage and 2 days without God Mage. 


7)  Friend list was rewritten for better speed upon login


8). Fixed bug within the function that requests missing npcs from server which caused major slowdown on login.

The territory bank shouldn't even exist it's stupid as hell having to sit there an hour to protect it just to get some shitty items. What would make fort more appealing to fighting is adding in new npcs that drop double stackables and shit, maybe even few green dragons, and removing those walls that make the whole area as a square, since you literally can't escape without someone cutting you off, but guess we're never going to see that. Other than that i see some nice changes

Wilderness in Edge Dungeon and above level 48 fence is still P2P Always, as are red dragon aisle and ranging guild.


Would it be possible to make P2P skills available everywhere in wild? It would be nice to bury d bones at edge/varrock 1ip and iding herbs when killing thugs or other monsters that drop herbs in F2P wild would make things a little more convenient as well.

It used to go to chest and they changed it because it was working so badly, as you couldn't go there unless you were willing to gaurd for the entire hour with a massive team, not sure why it's changed back.

Yea, pretty dumb imo. Just makes having more accounts on more prevalent. 

Why not make a system where the fort is controlled by whoever controls the most gems? Let's say if you're in fort it gives gems to the players in control. So if you kill ppl in their who have gems you can take them.  If your team can control the 20 gems of the area for 10 min you get the loot from all the kills in
that area. 

Instead of a long ass timer that's based on just being their.

Also make teams that can control it 3 max.

Anyone who is not on your team gets poisoned from being in the area unless attacking you within 1min every 1min.

How does it make having more accounts prevalent when you can't take another account to fort unless you've not been there for 5 mins on another account? What I think you actually mean is that it makes having more unique individuals in your team is the more prominent issue which is why 1ip is so hilariously stupid as a concept, I forgive you though, I'm not expecting you to understand how a piece of content works if you've never been there, you need to go above 10 wilderness every now and then to explore content like this

I just don't see how this territory sets is anything but awful move, a move that was removed because it was so bad, it's not impossible to fight there unless your going to stay on for 60 minutes and have a massive team to sit up there.

All the old fort really needed was the moats, walls deleting, and more buffs to the skiller stuff, maybe even moving east

That's how it used to be, double drops was too much.

No sets into bank is big issue now,

30 mins would be better, and faster capture time, moats and walls need gone.

1. Fix android login bug

2. Remove extra login screens from wildy.

3. Update tournament system

3.A. Remove voting entirely
3.B. Make tourneys and survivals same prices 250k 500k 1mil
3.C. Remove old builds add new builds (rah has had a list we (me, him, and quite a few others put together, was approved by kleio and billy aswell) for some months now....
(Offtopic: Make new survivals.. kbd gets old.)

4. Code my formula into test server (assholes)

5. With wildy being perm f2p makes it easy to install my change..

5.A. Day 1 2chars from same ip cannot atk same char
5.B. Day 2 2chars from same ip can atk same char.
(No delay between char switching)
(That gives everybody the fairest and most "able to use their potential" set up. Without making it so u have chars get locked stuck or cant move into areas. Check it just as you used to for is it f2p or p2p day)
5.C. Make so only meleer+4 can hit the target (no more than that on any days period)

6. Implement system where:
6.A. A combat level range is picked by random.
6.B. Char with most kills in that combat range from border to castle is awarded (award TBD)
This will help centralize the pk and get more people actively playing the same levels and will hopefully make people not multi so much as they'll want to get kills on 1 specific char
6.C. It rotates between many groupings of combat levels (TBD)

7. Improve the Team DM system. Right now u need to be same team/party to do it and its shit unused content. Why not take a few hours to make that usable?

8. Fix NPC blocking. Make it so you can walk past anything "your size" skeleton, zombie, hobgob, dwarves, scorps, they shouldnt block us dude.

9. Make an app for playstore for a "RSCREVOLUTION TOOLKIT" an app for accessing forums, calculators, highscore, etc.

10. Fix android updater to work flawlessly on all devices.

11. Send out monthly newsletters on your email list

12. Work on your SEO. Rscr is falling.

13. Advertise Advertise Advertise.

Please for the love of god get rid of the fort loot system. This doesn't encourage pking, it was discourages people from pking there unless if they have an hour+ to spare. This system was used before and people hated it. Other teams would just suicide to stop the timer knowing they would retrieve their stuff.

People have been giving suggestions about fort for 6 months straight how to make it better and more active for pking and they literally decide to do the one thing that no1 wants and what is the most stupid thing you could do to it lol. How is a solo pker supposed to pk there when he has to guard a chest by himself against everyone else just to get the rune set he pked. Or anyone else who the hell even wants to do it lol, the whole chest should be removed

+1 to enabling p2p Skilling in f2p wild.

Would be nice being able to bury drag bones. And considering you're limited to rune baxe and swordies, it's not an OP idea.

Before changes an admin messages me asking what fort changes pkers want I said just delete moats, walls and fix the buggy doors nice non contraversial, so they went ahead and instead made this shit change? Lol
