I once had a love but couldn't keep her, I buried her deep in the lair of the reaper, got it!

do I need to kill the reaper though? I've been walking around this lair forever with this clue...

I have the anagram "handwork peep sever." I get Dwarven shopkeeper but the one in falador mine won't talk to me. Is there another shopkeeper somewhere or am I bugged?

I've attempted to dig at every castle I think of:
Lumby
White Knight
Camelot
Ardougne
Low wildy Castle
