the download stops at 5% and when i scroll down to see what the problem is it says the file maplabels.rev cant download because it dosent match your MD5 whats a MD5?

There's a cache mismatch. Navigate t C\users\yourname\RSCRevolution and delete the contents, then reopen RSCRevolution.jar and it should load.
