Start by talking to @yel@Achetties@whi@ standing outside the Heroes' Guild north of Taverly. To enter she'll tell you that you'll need to collect three items: a @lre@Firebird Feather@whi@, a @lre@cooked Lava eel@whi@ and a @lre@Master thief armband@whi@. You can obtain these three items in any order.

First, you must kill the @yel@Ice Queen@whi@ to obtain a pair of @lre@Ice gloves@whi@ for the @lre@firebird feather@whi@. Head to the White Wolf Mountain between Catherby and Taverly and walk west along the north-most cliff which is just north of the @cya@gnome glider@whi@. You'll find a @cya@rockslide@whi@ which you'll need a @lre@pickaxe@whi@ to mine through. Walk a few steps west then north and the follow the cliff along east until you reach the first set of three ladders. The correct ladder to climb down is the @cya@north-most ladder@whi@. This ladder leads to a room with 3 @yel@Ice warriors@whi@. Follow the corridor and at the end there's a @cya@ladder@whi@ which leads to a secluded segment of the mountain with 2 @yel@Ice Giants@whi@. Of this second set of ladders, choose the @cya@north-most ladder@whi@ again. Follow the path past the @yel@ice spider@whi@ and up a @cya@ladder@whi@, walk north and go down the @cya@ladder@whi@ and you will be in the @yel@Ice Queen@whi@'s throneroom. Kill her and pick up the @lre@ice gloves@whi@.

Now, you'll need to kill the @yel@Firebird (lvl-6)@whi@ on the north end of Entrana. The @yel@Monks of Entrana@whi@ in Port Sarim will take you there as long as you have no weapons or armor. Pick up the @lre@Firebird Feather@whi@ while wielding @lre@Ice gloves@whi@.

To obtain an @lre@Oily fishing rod@whi@, talk to @yel@Gerrant@whi@ in Port Sarim in his fishing shop about catching an @lre@Eel@whi@. He'll give you @lre@Blamish snail slime@whi@ which you can use on an @lre@unfinished Harralander potion@whi@ at 25 Herblaw. The resulting mixture, @lre@Blamish oil@whi@, can now be used on an ordinary @lre@Fishing rod@whi@ to make it an @lre@Oily fishing rod@whi@. To obtain a @lre@Cooked Lava eel@whi@, you'll need to catch a @lre@Raw lava eel@whi@ in the Taverly dungeon directly south of the Blue Dragon room. To catch the Eel you'll need to use an @lre@Oily fishing rod@whi@ and @lre@fishing bait@whi@. It's recommended to catch 2-3 Eels in case you burn one when cooking it. Take a few pieces of @lre@Fishing bait@whi@ with the @lre@Oily fishing rod@whi@, and armour and food to protect yourself from the beasts of Taverly dungeon.

Head to Taverly and go down the @cya@ladder@whi@ on the brown dirt in the south of town. If you have 85 agility you can go right through the @cya@sewer pipe@whi@ and skip to the next paragraph. Otherwise, if you don't already have a @lre@dusty key@whi@, you'll have to get one. Go northeast and then all the way south to the Black Knight Base where @yel@Lord Darquarius@whi@ reigns. Kill the @yel@Jailer (lvl-51)@whi@ and pick up the @lre@jail keys@whi@, then use the keys on the @cya@door@whi@ where you will talk to @yel@Velrak the Explorer@whi@ to obtain a @lre@dusty key@whi@. Then head northwest past @yel@Lesser Demons (lvl-79)@whi@, use the @lre@dusty key@whi@ on the @cya@door@whi@ and walk west, making sure you have a @lre@anti dragonfire shield@whi@ equipped.

Head south past the dragon roost to the @cya@lava eel fishing spot@whi@ and fish some @lre@lava eels@whi@. There is also a @lre@dusty key@whi@ spawn here. Cook the eels at a range or fire of your choosing. Now it's time to obtain the @lre@Master Thieves Armband@whi@, so skip to the section which applies to your gang from Shield of Arrav.

@cya@Black Arm Gang members:@Whi@ Speak to @yel@Katrine@whi@ in the Black Arm Gang's headquarters in south Varrock about becoming a master thief. She'll ask you to steal Scarface Pete's @lre@Candlestick@whi@ from his mansion. (If you already bought a @lre@Candlestick@whi@ from a player or through market, simply talk to her again and skip to the end.) First visit the Black Arm base on Palm Street in Brimhaven with the password (four leaved clover). Once inside speak to @yel@Trobert@whi@ about the @lre@candlestick@whi@. He'll tell you that the head guard of the mansion, @yel@Grip@whi@ is employing a new security guard, an ex-Black Knight named @yel@Hartigan@whi@. After receiving the @lre@stolen ID Paper@whi@ you must impersonate @yel@Hartigen@whi@ by wearing a @lre@Black full helmet@whi@, @lre@Black platebody@whi@ and @lre@Black platelegs@whi@. After infiltrating the mansion and presenting your @lre@Stolen ID Paker@whi@ to @yel@Grip@whi@, ask about your duties and what you could do for him now. He'll give you a @lre@Miscellaneous key@whi@. Trade this to your Phoenix Gang partner player. Once your partner has infiltrated the side entrance, lure @yel@Grip@whi@ into the back room by snooping in his @cya@alcohol cupboard@whi@. Your partner will take this chance to kill @yel@Grip@whi@ by ranging through the window. Take his @lre@bunch of keys@whi@ when he dies and unlock the treasure room. You'll find two @lre@candlesticks@whi@ in the chest, one of which you should trade to your partner. Return to @yel@Katrine@whi@ with your @lre@candlestick@whi@ and she'll be impressed enough with you that she'll award you the @lre@Master thief armband@whi@.

@cya@Phoenix Gang Members:@whi@Head down the @cya@ladder@whi@ in southeast Varrock and talk to your gang leader, a @yel@Man@whi@ named Straven. He'll tell you that in order for you to receive the @lre@Master Thief Armband@whi@ you'll need to steal a @lre@Candlestick@whi@ from Scarface Pete's Brimhaven mansion. He tells you that there are two associates on Brimhaven who you should contact using the password "gherkin": @yel@Charlie the cook@whi@ and @yel@Alfonse the waiter@whi@. (If you already bought a @lre@Candlestick@whi@ from a player or through market, simply talk to him again and skip to the end.)

Travel to Brimhaven with a ranged weapon and ammo to kill @yel@Grip@whi@ with. The highest type of @lre@bow@whi@ you can wield and at least @lre@50-100 arrows@whi@ are recommended. Talk to @yel@Alfonse the waiter@whi@ and ask him about gherkins and he'll let you go through the @cya@door@whi@. Talk to @yel@Charlie the Cook@whi@ and tell him you're looking for a gherkin and that you want to steal @lre@candlesticks@whi@. Now get a @lre@Miscellaneous key@whi@ off your Black arm partner and then travel back to the room with the cook. Push the @cya@Strange Panel@whi@ on the west-most wall of this room and make your way through the @yel@Guard dogs@whi@ into the small, north-most room along the mansion. You'll have to use the @lre@miscellaneous key@yel@ your partner gave you on the @cya@door@whi@ to enter this room. When your partner brings @yel@Grip@whi@ into the room, range @yel@Grip@whi@ through the window until he is dead. After you kill @yel@Grip@whi@ you can leave the room and wait for your partner outside the mansion who'll trade you the @lre@candlestick@whi@. Good cooperation! Now take the @lre@candlestick@whi@ back to the @yel@Man@whi@ in Varrock and he'll give you the @lre@Master thief armband@whi@.
