Not just since the update, but I get delay badly, then I login a new client and it's 100% perfect, but slowly builds to lag and delay again.

Its authorised server so maybe it needs some adjustments to the authorised movements.

It seems like the movement is smooth until it isn't, and almost everyone can feel those throttle moments server wide. Then on top of that there's the stagger walk from bad movement cycle ticks. I'll throw this at nom again.
