The rings have changed PKing, in some ways for the better in some ways worse. Should the rings be p2p only?

P2p only for sure 100% any and all new items should not be in f2p pking. Honestly. There should be 1 day where its a "new items" day. Then you can introduce whatever the hell you want. And it could be pretty fun. New weps and armour etc. Maybe new foods or pots. Idc. Would be a fun thing 1 day a week or so. Pick the day the player count is lowest on average or something. But 100% no new items should be on f2p days..

They have very little effect, but make it a bit easier to survive 10 Vs 1 so I say keep f2p

Keep on f2p days. It's really not a noticeable difference on any level bracket. Unless you're a level 33 Pker and you think 3 hitting 30 HP with a ring on is game breaking.
