Make spears stackable.

I feel like spears aren't used AT ALL, and its because they arent stackable. rune and addy spears aren't easy to farm, so it would be awesome to make them stackable. it would also bring a new dynamic to pking. because of how rare they are, and how much more powerful they are then rune arrows. it would be a risk to run with lots of them on you.
