Make it 60def and 60 agility.

+1 with 4 armor, unless other tiered boots(Addy,  rune,  etc.) are added, then I can see +9. Instead of skill total I agree with 60 def/agility. Def/agi respective of tier. (Addy 30/30, rune 40/40)
