Since when are we NOT allowed to teleport while in combat? I don't remember not being able to teleport while being in combat in RSC. I dont recommend teleporting while PKIN, but NPC fighting i gotta wait 10 seconds to teleport? This kinda upset me because it's not how it used to be.

Can we allow teleporting while fighting an NPC? or remove the 10 second delay.

You cant be against it without reason.
Teleporting has always been around and for it to be blocked from wild is crazy.

This has been put in place due to the fact that pkers wanted it this way.

i dont want it for pkin purposes, just for npc fighting
