Reduce skillcape price to 100k each to make more viable for pking

title explains all. People don't want to risk a 500k cape for not a HUGE bonus. 100k would be worth to risk losing for the bonus.

Some people know more then you, and i'm one of them.

You guys are aware that capes get protected above long and axes....? There is your 100-200k people are risking. If people are scared to lose long/axes, they won't wear a 100k cape to lose it aswell. I do pk wit my 1782 cape sometimes but bonus aint worth it to ALWAYS wear it into battle.

Loll sosa you know what i meant. I wont bring my cap to pk at castle knowing ill get targetted by 6-8 accounts asap lol its just common logic.
