I havent seen so many with dif. ips in wilderness..It feeels like more rsc. NO fucking multi freaks ready for pj or whatever.

Maybe should change from 3min til 1min.

OR:

Combat lvl 1-59 (timer)
Combat lvl 60-79  (timer)
Combat lvl 79-99 (timer)
Combat lvl 99-123 (timer)

So if you login with ur flats and back to your pure (lvl 40 etc) no timer there. To all nerds who still makin accounts, can still afk in wilderness with level part..
