combat menu toggling options

hi billy mays here for toggle options

1) Add roof toggle option. It's nice to be able to see the whole buildings but it's nicer to have the option to see who's inside before I go in. They did it!
2) Toggle combat menu option (so I can change combat style while not in combat, or not have combat menu come up when im in combat)

Glad one of these was added (too bad they didnt prevente roof toggling in wildy though).

+1 that would be great. Already trashed 2 chars from chicken killing and it being on controlled. Not enough time to change it when you 1 hit sad

Sooo... this was last posted on in April... how's this coming along? Tends to be one of the very first promoted features or an early addition in most private servers I've played on.
