delete characters

i know this i a well discussed .... BUT .....

wouldnt it be possible to do this if the character fulfilled some req to be deleted, like:
* bank totally empty
* inventory empty
* no blocks on (global, pm, duel etc)
* friends and ignore lists empty
* not in any team
* no bankpin

if all this done there would be NO RISK of deleting valuable banks and teamstats and so on!

THOUGHTS??!

The reason you can't delete accounts is because when the server started you could and some people got hacked and their accounts deleted.
Another server at the time had a leak and so if you used the same name/psw you basically were screwed.
