Alright so this is the new item that I'm currently working on for Halloween 2016.

You will be able to wear cape,ammy,right hand wep with this outfit, nothing else.

You will appear like  floating robes with a pumpkin at your hip, the robes will be colored to whatever color your top torso is.

Should we keep the hands or get rid of the hands? Thoughts?

+1 I love it. You always impress. I would like to see it as a non grinding item as some of us are limited on play time during the holidays. A progressive quest would be cool. Or a tally system to purchase it (skelington coins drop while skilling as well as killing, set price Npc to purchase from.) so grinding doesn't take hours all at once. Anything other than a day long grind.
