Update your laptop to new one? or perhaps even better, don't use laptop to games. Can't really help in any other way. Could you share your specs? have you updated your java? when is the last time you cleaned your computer? have you ever cleaned logs etc. with CCleaner or similar? can't really do much if it's old laptop.
