Talk to @yel@Hetty@whi@ in Rimmington@whi@. She asks for 1 @lre@burntmeat@whi@, an @lre@eye of newt@whi@, an @lre@onion@whi@ and a @lre@rat's tail@whi@, and in return will increase your knowledge of the dark arts (Magic).
Enter the building to the west. Kill a @yel@rat (lvl-1)@whi@. It should drop a @lre@rat's tail@whi@, as long as you've started the quest. Walk north a little way and you will find a patch of earth with @lre@onions@whi@ on it. Take one.

Head east to Port Sarim, enter the Magic Shop and speak to @yel@Betty@whi@. Buy an @lre@eye of newt@whi@ for 3 @lre@coins@whi@ from her store. Kill the giant @yel@rat (lvl-13)@whi@ south of the Port Sarim jail and cook the meat it drops. There's a range in the building north of Hetty's house. If you don't burn it, use the @lre@cookedmeat@whi@ on the @cya@fire@whi@ or @cya@range@whi@ again, and you'll get @lre@burntmeat@whi@. You can also get @lre@burntmeat@whi@ by killing @yel@Imps@whi@ or buying it from a player or market.

Head back to @yel@Hetty@whi@ and give her the four items by talking to her. Right click the @cya@cauldron@whi@ and select drink-from. Feel the power!
