You give him some @lre@Swamp paste@whi@ to fix his Damaged Rowboat. The fastest way to get @lre@swamp paste@whi@ is to walk south to Port Khazard and buy some from the general store there. Alternatively, you can make @lre@swamp paste@whi@ from @lre@swamp tar@whi@ found in Lumbridge Swamp. Mix the @lre@tar@whi@ with @lre@flour@whi@ and then cook it over a @cya@fire@whi@ to get @lre@swamp paste@whi@. Give the @lre@swamp paste@whi@ to @yel@Holgart@whi@ to fix his boat. Ride to the Fishing Platform.

When you arrive, talk to one of the @yel@platform fishermen@whi@. Go up the @cya@ladder@whi@ and find @yel@Kennith@whi@ at the other end of platform. Talk to him and he tells you about his father. Go down the @cya@ladder@whi@ and speak to @yel@Holgart@whi@ again. He will take you to look for @yel@Kent@whi@. @yel@Kent@whi@ will explain that fisherman pulled up the @lre@sea slugs@whi@ and then started to act strange. He went for help but left his son @yel@Kennith@whi@ on the platform. He asks you to go back and get @yel@Kennith@whi@. Speak to @yel@Holgart@whi@ again and he takes you back to platform.

Speak to @yel@Bailey the cook@whi@ and he will give you an @lre@unlit torch@whi@. Collect the @lre@broken glass@whi@ and some @lre@damp sticks@whi@. Use the @lre@broken glass@whi@ on the @lre@damp sticks@whi@ and then rub the sticks together to light the @lre@torch@whi@.

Go to @yel@Kennith@whi@ and he will refuse to come out of the door. Break the @cya@loose panel@whi@ on the wall near him. Speak to @yel@Kennith@whi@ again and he will come out through the @cya@broken panel@whi@. Then go to the @cya@fishing crane@whi@ and operate it. @yel@Kennith@whi@ will jump on the crane and be lowered to @yel@Holgart@whi@ below. Go back to speak to @yel@Holgart@whi@ and he will tell you he has taken @yel@Kennith@whi@ back and returns you back to land. Return to @yel@Caroline@whi@ and she will reward you for their safe return.
