[DMM]10 seconds to use ladder please

two people have escaped from me cause they used a ladder.

If I have to wait 10 seconds to teleport, they should have to wait 10 seconds to use a fucking ladder.

This is more aimed at mining guild where the ladder escapes to a safe zone.

You have to wait 10 seconds to use the ARDY lever in wild, so why not apply that to this ladder?

+1 if it's 10sec from combat. I don't see people having to wait 10secs every time they wanna come up from guild. Or else, make only fally bank a safe zone? That way you can catch till bank entrance?

-1, mining guild would be automatic death.  A good pk'er already has 6-9 rounds to kill a miner who has no food.  You put a 10 second ladder timer, now a pk'er would have 12-15 rounds to deal <100 damage.  Death consequences on DM are too big for something like this.
