Make prayer lvl 123 possible, it gives people something other than rares to spend cash on and is useful.

Not just prayer.
My dream is all skills should be max 199...

Then the game really continue... so max cb would be 223 etc etc... But thats a dream and to hell much of work....

i wish combat stats could exceed 99.. even if its just for PvM purposes, and 99 99 99 was max usable stats in PvP. I'd play again tbh lol.
