My android client wont fully load I deleted. Client reinstalled I turned off tablet and back on and everything multiple times it was working like 4 hours ago before I had to leave.... Can someone explain why it wont load cache or anything for me to log in?

To delete the RSCR cache on droid, you'll uninstall the RSCR apk then run an App Cache Cleaner like CCleaner. That is needed to wipe the hidden cache files that are causing the issue. Then you can reinstall.
