Code a 60 second system warning for the 'restart'

Every night at 23 30 GMT or 17 30 US time or whatever time it happens where ever we are in the world, the server goes down for 1-2 minutes.

So people don't enter stakes / fights and so people have time to log out in dangerous spots etc could we get a warning message? It also generates a lot of confusion etc on global especially when no mods are on and people troll etc.

Server doesn't actually restart, it freezes the server until database backup has been taken due to database being massive and needing lots of resources to be imported. I'm planning to make it more subtle so it doesn't do that.

that 60 second break is the only break 90% of this community gonna take off from their computers per day. i think it deserves a notification, +1.

Died last night at reaper because of this, we all logged out and I tried to log back in after a couple of mins only to get the 60 second message and hear everyone pissing themselves with laughter on Discord because I got rekt by Reaper and lost all my shit

Plz give us 60 second warning
