Why not just allow limitless accounts per forum account.

I don't know if this has been covered before or not but the ability to delete characters from the account manager would be great even if there was a 5 day delay on the character deletion after requested.

Once upon a time on Rscrevolution a player named jango gathered a large amount of items, This was a long time ago and the items he had gathered far surpassed all others. Jango became very annoying giving status updates about the items he had gathered every hour.  One day an evil person hacked his account stole the items and deleted the account, after that character deletion was removed.  The end.
