Give Magic More Benefits

Once magic is over 90 there is no point, reward 99 magic more, what about +1 damage of all spells at 99 magic? Or even half the timer for non combat spells at 99 magic? for fast alching.

Sure, if the bonuses only happen outside the wilderness

Inside the wilderness it just gives bad casters more of a opportunity to get BS 3 hits.

I like the idea of half the cast time for non combat spells. It won't affect combat any.

the timer is there so bots don't get super fast XP, *BUT* 1 second is way too damned long and has annoyed the hell out of me since it was first implemented on rsc.

I can alchemize at a rate of probably 0.3-0.4 seconds, which means I have to wait what feels like forever between casts and more often than not I'll hit it at 0.9 seconds which means I won't get it again until 1.3 seconds, wasting 0.3 seconds. Multiply by 100, that's a lot of wasted efficiency.

Timer for alchemy and such should be around 0.3 to 0.4 seconds. Period. Stops bots from casting 10 times per sec, and makes life less annoying for legitimate players.

Custom teleports for higher levels.

Shilo Village level 90
Waterfall level 90
Klanks house level 90 - after doing underground pass
Set location teleport level 99 - set own location you can teleport anytime NO wild

I like this, it's always bugged me that there's no practical reason to get 99 magic. More teleport spells is a great idea, if they don't conflict with existing spells and teleports (ie. you dont wanna make d ammies useless).
