Add More Hardened Items

- Hardened R2hs -> slightly buffed r2h
- Hardened Rune chain
- More ideas

There are too many rune items in the game. By making hardened items, we can remove more of them.

I've been preaching for a hardened r2h. If for some reason it ends up being OP then set the shop/alch price to 0gp so you're almost guaranteed to lose it while skulled. Would be nice to PK something worth a little something more than the standard r2h. on lvl 40-80s.

Hardened chain would be more than welcome to go with the new gauntlets. It may make platebody useless at that point, but hey....use that as motivation to eventually release that elusive dragon chain.

I was thinking to increase weapon aim. Weapon power is negotiable. This way the hardened r2h will be more effective vs rune/addy and NPCs in the wilderness.

- it reduces the amount of r2hs in the game
- if no increase in weapon power then it wont be OP

Good call numb nuts, now the wilds more dead than ever. This is why the pkers shouldn't have an opinion. It's a skillers wild, the pkers are followers and always have been. They log in for 30 mins a day and if there isn't any pk it's more like 5 mins. Let the great ideas come from the people who play the game for hours.
