Hello I just donated for a gold subscription and opted for a stat reduction for my LVL 5 magic. The game has taken my gold ticket but not deducted the magic LVL? Please help

This is still a problem, I used another gold sub and still no reduction. Any feedback would be great.. donating and no feedback..??
