People will respond more to punishments instead of log-in incentives.

If you have not accumulated 3 hours of activity in a 180 day period then your entire Bank is transferred to a central account to be used as giveaways.

If you have more than 100 kills and do not step into the wild for more than 1.5 hours in a 180 day period then all rune, runes, food, and potions are transferred to a central account to be used as giveaways.
