Picture of Elena Not Spawning

Hello,

I'm trying to complete the plague city quest and the picture of elena is not on the table where it's supposed to be.

I tried logging out and logging back in.

Any solution for this? Could you maybe put the picture in my bank so I can complete the quest?

Not sure if anything was done, but it spawns just fine for me.

Check your in-game settings (wrench menu) under Visual -> Ground Items. It should be set to 'Show all'.

Funny enough that's exactly what it was. Sorry about that! I just started playing so it completely slipped my mind.
