I could use some other peoples or criticism

To start, it appears reaper isn’t getting that Agil wall back.  How about meet in the middle and put a level 50 agility required wall up there just to keep it not too difficult but a little sweat if they don’t want to walk around.  Maybe we could put the 90 agility above ground climbing down the well above ground.  Anyone under 90 will still have to wait ten seconds to place they’re palms.
I wouldn’t mind having a few wells i climb down into different places.

Hit points cape, add 2x restore to it? 4x rapid heal 4x restore with prayer

This is just a hopeful shot in the dark but how about a merch that takes your leftover tokens for non rare items like the coffee.  Or a token slot machine lol

I like the skeleton suit idea and I would like to get one from an event, but instead of a skeleton you look like a stick man walking around different colours
