As you were told on 12 April by Mod Mel, when you were given a 1 week ban, any further racism and flat out toxic chat would result in a permanent mute.

Mod Mel also informed you on 18 May and 31 May that your mute this time is permanent.

She was very generous with giving you several, more than deserved, chances to change your toxic and racist ways.  You, however, refused to do so.

For these reasons, your mute will not be reversed.

Also, please stop spamming the ticket system with nonsense tickets.  The system was created for players who actually need legitimate assistance from staff
