Browsed forums and seems I'm not the only one.

Gone for a lengthy amount of time, and jailed. From what I can tell it was to protect inactive accounts from a doxx.

Wanting to return, need a mod to poof me out. ?

Hi BlastArcher. Firstly, welcome back! When you are next able to, please log in to the jailed character and request assistance from a Moderator whilst in-game. You can ask for assistance via Global Chat, PM a Moderator directly or ask for a Mod’s assistance in Discord Chat if one is not in-game at the time that you are. If a Moderator can, they will login to assist you.

There is a small exercise that takes all of a minute to complete and then you shall be released back in to the world.

Again, welcome back to this great game. I look forward to bumping in to you around the place.
