Platinum Subscription Wrong Character

Appreciate any help here.

I purchased a Platinum subscription but mistakenly thought that it applied at the account level, and not the character level. I redeemed it ingame just now, but not on the character that I wanted to redeem it on. Could I get help removing the subscription from one character and applying it to another?

I've refunded the platinum subscription card to your inventory. I've requested from Kleio to remove the subscription from your account. Just to check you do know that gold and platinum stack together?
