Plans are to make an area for low lvls on border. Having prayer disabled was interfering with flats pking, which is why it was reverted.

Make it so you can't use 40 pray around the border area if you're 30-50 combat or something

Jauros suggestion is way better!!

Mod Mel. Very very bad idea. Yesterday 33s went up and was fun. Old pk feeling. Changing place of 33s to different place, you just make bordering worse!!

Id say make 40P disabled for levels 30-40, in wild level 1-5 in edge
